Service 1: Single 1-Hour Session

$40/hour | A Single Shift in Motion

Not sure where to start? Take the first step with a Single One-Hour, Guided 1:1 session. Choose an outdoor activity or fitness class that speaks to you and experience what it feels like to have a partner in your movement.

You bring the 'stuck' energy >> your Motion Ally brings the support, the accountability, and the path. It’s the perfect way to find your rhythm before committing to a multi-session pack.

Service 2
5-Session Bundle: The Sidekick Pack

$150 | 5 hours of 1:1 movement support. No Discovery Session required—just pick your activity and let’s go!

No deep-dives or strategy sessions - just a dedicated partner to meet you at the trailhead, the court or an outdoor activity of your choosing. This is perfect for the one who knows what to do, but finds that doing it alone is where the momentum stalls.

Motion Ally = Acceleration.

Note: This plan is physical activities only (i.e. hiking, biking, walking, fishing, fitness class, etc.) If you would like to fold in engagement & creativity activities, you can choose the "Build Your Rhythm" Package.

Service 3
5-Session Bundle + Compass Session: Build Your Rhythm Pack

$250 | ($150 for the 5-Pack Bundle + $100 for 2 Compass Sessions)

You don't have to know the way out to start moving. In our Compass Session, we’ll look at the map together and decide exactly which five turns will lead your energy towards flow. Then you’ll choose a movement, engagement or creative practice to Build Your Rhythm with five 1:1 sessions.

Compass Session #1 (one hour): This is where I give you time to really lay it out, lots of breathing room to talk out where you feel stuck and where your body cues are pointing. We’ll meet at a coffee shop or park bench and work together on assigning your stuck energy a purpose – with an action plan.

 

This is what it can look like:

Activity #1: Movement – Short Hike at Nelson’s Ledges, Lunch at a café afterwards
Activity #2: Creative - Brainstorm a second stream of income, start executive summary in Canva
Activity #3: Movement - Bike the Towpath and a Smoothie afterwards
Activity #4: Creative – Complete Executive Summary with action items for new stream of income
Activity #5: Engagement - Community (volunteer at soup kitchen) or Group activity (Get friends together and organize a Sunday Bruch)

Compass Session #2 (one hour): We’ll wrap up our adventures together with a final Compass Session where you can discuss any breakthroughs with your new patterns or stumbles with your old patterns. It really helps to acknowledge what your inner world is experiencing so that your Compass can re-orient to your new neuropathways – this is your nervous system regulating with new signals of safety.
